For shipments within Denmark, shipping is free for purchases over 499,-. For purchases under 499,- a shipping fee of 39,- is charged.
We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your item immediately. You can expect a delivery time of 1-3 business days.
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
- Fill out the return form that comes with the package.
- Go to our return portal: https://return.shipmondo.com/moodminoreturportal and order return shipping.
Please note that it costs DKK 52.50 to use our return service.
Once we have received and processed your return, you will be notified via email.
As soon as we receive your item, we will process your refund and the money will be credited to the payment card you used for the purchase. It may take up to 2-3 banking days for the money to be in your account.
We offer a 30-day full refund for items returned in the same condition and with tags intact. Your return period starts from the day you receive the item.
